NewSound Distribution Acquires Rounder Distribution Business

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - April 6, 2007 –Portland, Oregon: Portland, Oregon: NewSound Distribution, a subsidiary of one of the leading North American independent distributors, Allegro Corporation, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Rounder Kids’ distribution assets. The acquired assets will be folded into the company’s NewSound Kids division which has built a strong reputation as the premier purveyor of children’s video, music, educational video and educational cd’s, further solidifying NewSound’s role as the dominant player in the alternative kids and specialty markets today.
